Returns and Shipping & Privacy Policy

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Because bath & body products are personal care products, AND due to COVID-19 we do not accept returns on any item that has been opened or used.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me so we can discuss an appropriate solution We do not refund the purchase cost based on Personal taste such as scent, color, or texture.    We try our best to describe the scents based on the JL Soaps website.    

**If you have any Allergic reactions to foods, nuts or oils  Please Be Aware of your allergies and look at our ingredients list carefully. We use an oil blend in our soaps that Saponified Sustainability Resourced Palm Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Beeswax,  Communis Fruit Oil, Natural Fragrance, Skin-Safe Mica. The products could also contain  Chamomile, Essential Oils, Goat's Milk, Coconut Milk, Herbs - please look at the ingredients listed our our website.

We are not responsible for any reaction cause by our products to a person with a known allergy**  

All products affect each person differently. Know your skin and your allergies and what works best for you, as even natural ingredients may cause sensitivities or irritation. JL Soaps is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description includes a complete list of ingredients. It’s a good practice to test the product on the inside of your elbow first and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue its use.   

Shipping Policy 

All orders generally ship with in 1-2 business days, Exception Holidays, Natural disasters, Etc. We ship with USPS and Generally will use the fastest most Economical shipping choice when available. However, we have No control over a package once it leaves our Shop. We DO NOT give refunds for slow shipping speeds once the package arrives at the post office.   If you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time   Please contact us via Email at JLsoapstx@gmail.com and I will do my best to locate your package.  A tracking number will be provide with every order shipped.
